Reading on Thames Festival Launch Party

We were invited to the launch party for the Reading on Thames Festival as one of the artists involved. Appropriately, the party was held on a boat on the River Thames with many other artists and sponsors taking part.

As we were providing a big LEGO brick building event for the festival as well as building a 14m long river model, we were asked to bring a part of the model and some loose bricks for people to build with. This proved very popular with guests building the local town hall, a dragon and even the Abbey ruins.

With a few speeches and some great food, the party was a great way to meet fellow artists and the amazing sponsors of the event. We will be at Broad Street Mall on the 16th and 17th September for the big build event.
